Optical illusion shows if you're 'too positive' or prefer to 'keep distance'

Much like ink blot tests are used by psychologists to analyse a patient's character, optical illusions can be a fun way to delve deeper into your psyche. By going with your gut instincts, you may be able to dig a little more beneath the surface.

The subjective images are open to interpretation – and may show you partsof yourself that you had no idea about. With that being said, TikToker@marina.neuralean had a graphic to show people. Apparently, the way you analyse the image can reveal if you're more positive of reserved.

So, do you see a waterfall or a panda in the picture below? The content creator believes the one you see "reveals how easily you open up to others".

If you see a waterfall first...

"If the waterfall was the first thing you noticed, it means you open up easily and make new connections easily," she shared, saying that "you see yourself as an open person".

You have a "lightness" about you, and a "simplicity" which "attracts others". You're also "a great listener, and give genuinely helpful advice".

However, there may be a "downside" to this, as others may view you as "too positive, to the point where they think you have no problems at all".

This is because "when others come to you with their issues, you're always there to listen and help".

However, "when it comes to your own problems, you prefer to handle them alone".

And while you "take pride in your independence, deep down, you wish you had someone to lean on and share your struggles with".

If you see a panda first...

"If you see a bear or panda first, you're the opposite of the previous description," Marina shared.

You "may appear sweet and friendly on the outside, but you don't easily let people into your heart". Usually, it "takes you a long time to trust someone, and you have a hard time letting go of past hurts" as well.

Marina shared that this can be due to "past traumatic experiences," where you were "betrayed or deceived," so now you choose to "keep your distance".

But this isn't always "a bad thing," because it "shows you've learned from your past".

It also means you're "cautious not to make the same mistakes" you made previously, so it's understandable why you may be guarded.
